We build our own agent skills: reusable instruction packs for AI coding agents. The ones we use every day sort our email and publish our LinkedIn posts through LinkedIn's official API.
One turns our meeting notes into a spec, and the spec into an offer for the customer.
Every night at 03:00, another reads the agents' own session logs and writes a report for each project and day. It shows time worked, how much of it a person was steering, what got done and the AI cost at list price. A summary arrives by email.
Our first LinkedIn post through our own publishing tool went out on 19 September 2026.
