Roadmap & sprint execution
For companies and founders with a defined problem and clear technical requirements. We agree on the scope, milestones and expected outcome, then execute through focused development sprints.
Best suited for: Defined projects, PoCs, MVPs, integrations and implementation work.

Hybrid partnership (cash + equity)
For startups where ON-IQ can contribute both technical execution and long-term value. The model combines paid work with an agreed equity component, aligning ON-IQ with the venture beyond the initial build.
Best suited for: Early-stage companies that need substantial technical capability while preserving capital.

Co-founder structure
For selected ventures where ON-IQ takes a deeper and longer-term role. We work closely with the founding team across technology, product and implementation, with ON-IQ participating as a minority co-founder.
Best suited for: Ventures we believe in enough to co-found, where technology is central to the company and speed of execution matters.
